This 21MW residential distributed photovoltaic (PV) project is located in a resettlement community in the mountainous region of Yunnan Province, southwest China.

Hundreds of standardized residential buildings have been fitted with rooftop PV panels, forming a large-scale residential PV cluster. Yunnan boasts abundant solar radiation and ample annual sunshine, providing excellent conditions for rooftop PV development.

Targeting relocated rural residents, the project integrates rural revitalization and clean energy construction. The generated electricity is prioritized for residents' self-consumption, with surplus electricity fed into the public grid, providing local residents with continuous passive income.
